Unfortunately, I have to specify pretty strict copyright terms for my photos.
I do not have an objection to people using my photos for personal, non-profit purposes. But I do insist that they tell me they are using them and say on their page that they are my photos (I'm not talking a huge banner here).
My photos may not be used for any commercial, promotional or for-profit purpose, whether for money or otherwise, without my expressed permission. This includes, but not limited to, images that are displayed on websites which also display advertisements.
